WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Most of our orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of goods. Orders are not dispatched on the weekends or bank holidays.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

Please make sure there is someone at home to sign for your package. If there is no one in it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage costs will have to be payed.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail Tracked for UK Shipping. This enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it's been dispatched.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for orders under the value of £10. This is an untraceable service.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for our Next Day service. This is a fully trackable service.

 

 

NEXT DAY SERVICE

You must select this option by 11am Monday - Thursday for it to be dispatched the same day and arrive the following day.
Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the following morning and arrive the day after that.
Please be aware that Special Delivery is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery.

We offer two services for International Shipping:

DHL Express - A fully trackable service with up to date tracking information.

Royal Mail International Signed For - An un trackable service which does not provide tracking information.

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Lazy Oaf, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lazy Oaf. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in GBP, and charged in GBP. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at Lazy Oaf  you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Lazy Oaf .  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
