Why has my payment been refused?

If however you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, please e-mail us and we will look straight into this for you.

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation e-mail?

Occasionally, order confirmation emails can be mistaken as spam and blocked by email service providers. Alternatively, this may be because when you registered with us you used a different or mis-spelt email address.

Another reason for this could be because the payment was not completed properly in the last stages of checking out.

We have also introduced 3D secure which is an additional page as you checkout, to help us and you against fraudulant transactions. This page will have to be completed for a complete checkout process.

Please go online and log into your account where you can check the status of your order.

When will my card be charged?

When you reach our final checkout page and your order is submitted, we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

If the payment is authorised by your bank/card issuer, you will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken shortly afterwards.

If for any reason we have a query with your order, we will get in touch as soon as possible to explain the problem.

If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

What is 3D Secure?

3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments and offered to customers as the Verified by Visa service.

3-D Secure allows better authentication of the payment card holder by their card issuer when they are making purchases online from a merchant's web site. The rollout of 3-D Secure to merchants is being encouraged by the card schemes offering better cover against fraud losses to the merchants. A merchant without 3-D Secure is liable for transactions that subsequently turn out to be fraudulent even if a valid transaction authorisation was received at the time.

This is optional and is not compulsary but it is advised as makes future online payments more secure and the risk of fraud is lowered.
