<p>YES! We’re here to help you. Please call our studio on +44 (0) 20 73542500 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can contact us via email. We respond to our emails very quickly!</p>
<p class="faq-head"><a name="2"></a>An item I like is out of stock or no longer on the website, will you be getting anymore?</p>
<p>We often re-stock popular designs, so if you have a query regarding an item/size/colour which isn’t available on our website, please email us at info@lazyoaf.com letting us know the name and description of the product you are enquiring about. We aim to answer you as quickly as possible.<br />

If you would like some more information about an item on the site, please e-mail us with the name of the item. We will then get back to you as soon as we can with as much information as possible.</p>
<p>Some items are limited edition, discontinued or we just have a few! These will then be removed from the site altogether so it is best you to get your order in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.</p>
<p class="faq-head"><a name="3"></a>Do you have a catalogue?</p>
<p>Yes, Lazy Oaf offers a bi-seasonal catalogue featuring the current T-shirt and Sweatshirt designs.</p>
<p>We like to add lots of great new products to the site on a regular basis, so visit our website regularly to keep updated with all the latest products as not all items will not be in the catalogue.</p>
<p>Joining our mailing list is also a great way to keep you in the know with all our latest goodies.</p>
<p class="faq-head"><a name="4"></a>Do you have a shop?</p>
<p>Yes and it’s magical, pop in if you can! It’s located at 19 Fouberts Place, London, W1F 7QE (its just off Carnaby Street and the nearest tube is Oxford Circus) and our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10.30 am till 7pm, Thursday 10.30am - 8pm and Sunday 12 Noon till 6pm. We stock everything that’s on the website and more!</p>

<p>Please make sure you have entered it correctly and that the promotion is still valid.</p>
<p>Please note that we do not offer additional discounts on sale merchandise and that we do not allow combined use of discount codes.</p>
<p>Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if a discount code was not used during the checkout process.</p>

<p>Yes we offer gift vouchers for £10, £15, £20, £25 and £50.</p>
<p class="faq-head"><a name="7"></a>Do you take design submissions?</p>
<p>Sorry, no we don’t take submissions unless it is conjunction with a competition or exhibition event.</p>
<p class="faq-head"><a name="8"></a>Does Lazy Oaf offer work placements?</p>
<p>Yes, we offer work placements, but you must be over 18 due to insurance and health and safety reasons. If you wish to apply, please send us an email explaining why you would like to do a work placement with us, and what you can offer the company, along with your C.V. We will contact you if you are deemed suitable, and we can then arrange a meeting.<br />
